Personal data is processed by the Administrator based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
  4. The provided personal data is processed for the purpose of:
    • in the case of customers who are natural persons – taking actions before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject or performing the contract, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
    • in the case of representatives of customers – for the purpose of ongoing cooperation with the customer they represent, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
    • fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator, including maintaining accounting records, based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
    • pursuing claims arising from concluded contracts, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
    • direct marketing of own products and services, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  5. The provided personal data, depending on the purpose of its processing, will be processed by the Administrator:
    • for the duration of the contract;
    • for the duration of performing legal obligations and the time for which the
      law requires their processing;
    • until the claims arising from the contract become time-barred;
    • until the consent is withdrawn.
  1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to take actions before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject or to perform the contract.
  2. Personal data may be shared with other entities only based on relevant legal provisions.
  3. The provided personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
  4. The data subject has the right to access their data, rectify, update, and restrict the processing of their data, and, where the law does not provide otherwise, also the right to delete the data, object to the processing, and the right to data portability.
  5. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates GDPR provisions.
  6. Personal data will not be processed in an automated way, including profiling.
